I started thinking about it and I wondered, if I could come up with 100 things about myself that not a lot of people know... here is my valiant effort!
1. I am the second oldest of 11 kids
2. I am the only one that was not born in Oregon
3. I was born in Greeley, CO (don't remember that event though...)
4. When I think of my childhood I remember playing with my 2 sisters and babysitting all of the others as they came along!
5. My mom told me when I was really young I tripped and bumped my mouth on the coffee table
6. Apparently I was sad because I thought I had damaged my smile :)
7. I am the good child (hehehe)
8. I like to think I am my mother's favorite (Toshia that is)
9. My mom has always been my best friend
10. That is until Andrew came into my life, I refer to him as my missing puzzle piece
11. My life truly began when I met my husband
12. I have two wonderful stepsons
13. Luke likes to say that Andrew and I are married because of him
14. In all honesty, that is probably true!
15. Andrew proposed to me on March 31, 2006
16. We were married on July 29, 2006
17. I now have 18 nieces and nephews and a whole lot of in-laws!
18. My middle name is for my great-grandmother: Grace
19. My first name comes from my uncles dog (I'm not kidding, I don't know if I will ever forgive my mom for that one!)
20. I always lied and said my name came from Tolstoy's 'War and Peace'
21. Everyone believed me, except for the kid in my freshman english class who thought I was Japanese
22. I told him that I was, and that I was actually a Japanese Princess sent to the US for my protection...long story but it took him a while to figure out I was so not serious!
23. I was the smart kid in school that tried not to let anyone find out about it
24. I guess I always thought that I would be labled as the nerd and have no friends
25. Looking back I had the wrong idea about what friends are for

27. I graduated in 2001
28. I went to the University of Oregon for my 1st year of college

39. I was the beehive president, mia maid president, and laurel president
40. My dad was made a Bishop when I was starting High School
41. That was what saved us (my sisters and I) from moving to Banks, OR

43. Needless to say, I had 100% attendance (forced!)
44. I have been there for the birth of my 4 youngest siblings
45. I think everyone should get the chance to witness childbirth
46. I cannot wait to have my own children
47. I have to though, kinda hard to get knocked up when your husband is on another continent!
48. I used to say that I was not going to have any children
49. Then I grew up and now that is what I want to spend my life doing
50. Right now I work as a dental hygienist in Portland
51. When I die I want to leave behind a legacy through my children and grandchildren
52. I don't want my dash to be cleaning teeth!

54. I work at the best dental office in Portland (you should check out the team photo on the website www.smileofyourdreams.net I look like a nerd!)

56. I think I get that from my mom
57. I don't mind when people tell me I am just like my mom

63. One of my favorite things to do is sing with my mom
64. I inherited a lot of gifts from her
65. The gift I seek daily is patience, in case you haven't noticed I lack it most of the time!
66. I know that my Savior will help me with that, as well as all of my other shortcomings
67. I have a somewhat sarcastic sense of humor
68. I don't offend easily and I never understand why others do, that said, please never take me seriously so that I don't accidently offend you
69. I think my foot should take up permanent residence in my mouth daily!
70. I struggle with the whole concept of thinking before I speak
71. And that other one: if you don't have anything nice to say than say nothing at all
72. I have no idea where I picked that habit up from...

91. I love to learn
92. I am reading 3 books right now: James Patterson's 'The 6th Target', Laura Ingraham's 'Power to the People', and Denise Jackson's 'It's All About Him: Finding the Love of My Life'
93. Oh yeah, I am also reading the Book of Mormon (I don't know how many times I have read it through, a lot though)
94. I find my strength in my religion, my knowledge of God's plan, and my testimony of the truthfulness of the Gospel
95. I don't fear death, I fear not living up to my potential

Tuna fish doesn't count as fish. All the mayo and seasoning takes care of that. ;) Cute list!
Hi Toshia
I rembember when you said you were not going to have kids! It was when you were busy being a great student, daughter, sister and everything else a teenage girl does! Your list is amazingly thoughtful.
love you
kari
