Day 1 of interview process

Andrew just called me to let me know how today went. The little stinker tried to tell me that he didn't pass and was not going to be able to do the oral board tomorrow! I could tell he was kidding because he seemed too calm about it. Not cool Drewdogg :) Anyways, 12 were eligible for the testing, 2 showed up this morning without some required paperwork, so they were out of the running quick (got sent home just like that!). The remaining 10 took a 90 question written test first and then as soon as they were done they went out to do the physical agility test. The agility test was the part Andrew was the most concerned about, but he did just fine (as I knew he would!). They had 7 minutes to complete this whole course of things and Andrew's time was 4min 30 sec. Everyone finished around 30 seconds of each other so not too bad. They didn't find out their scores on the written exam yet, but they were told that they all passed and so tomorrow he returns for his oral board. Fingers crossed everyone, I will let you know how it goes...
