Adrian's 3rd grade class participated in their spring musical last night. It was really well done. I was almost moved to tears in thinking about how lucky we all are to be living in this country. The whole thing was patriotic themed and the songs were all new to me. On Tuesday Adrian came home from school and let us know that he had been picked to be the flag boy so he had to wear his cub scout uniform and carry the US flag across the stage. He was a little nervous, but he did really well. I have to confess that my heart did swell a little with pride, not only for him, but for this great country. Here is a video of the final song. I was nervous Adrian might let the flag drop to the ground a little, but he did amazing. Good job Adrian!!!
