Getting caught up a little...

I am so behind now on posts that I don't even know what I have forgotten so I will only go back as far as this past weekend. On Saturday a close friend of mine was having a yard sale so we went over to her house to keep her company and to see if we could sell some of our junk that someone else may look at as treasure. Would you believe that we actually made $30?! It was pretty nice to unload some stuff and to get a little something in return for it:) Her neighbors were having a sale as well and I let Adrian and Luke go over with $1 each and they came back with a nice leather basketball apiece. It was a steal! My friend Julie got some balls for her boys too and she got a little kiddie pool for $1 that we set up in her front yard. The boys had a blast! The only downside was bruised shins from jumping in and out (seriously...Adrian counted and his right shin has 15 bruises on it! Obviously he needs to learn to jump all the way over the side of the pool and not hit it!) and the sunburns my poor boys got on their backs. If I had been thinking I would have thought to put sunscreen on them...lesson learned!

After the day at Julie's house we came back home and I made a bucket of water balloons for the boys and they had a war in the front yard.

Jonathan has been back to 100% health, but those teeth have still failed to cut thru so he is being pretty crabby:) He is a crawling maniac now and I need to spend the next several days baby-proofing the house.
