Our Crazy Toddler

Jonathan has sure been a crazy kiddo lately. Here is a random sampling of his daily exploits over the last couple of weeks. He loves making puzzles and still loves his silky blanket. He has one of the most active imaginations ever. The picture of him on my bed with green glasses is when he was pretending to be "Buzz Lightyear" and he was "flying" on my bed. He has one of the strangest quirks when it comes to his hands and eating: he cannot stand to have his hands get dirty (or his clothes for that matter!) so he has taken to using his hair as a napkin when he gets something on his hands. I can't get him to stop!
He has started to get a little more sensitive and emotional lately. Yesterday we were at the store and when I was paying for our purchases the cashier yelled at him to sit down in the cart. He was trying to stand up to reach for some stupid something on a shelf and she felt the need to yell I guess. I turned and told him to sit down and then tried to hurry out so I didn't slap her. As we were leaving he started to cry "that lady yell at me!" and then when he was done with that he started with the "and you yell me too!" with big fat tears. Poor kid, life must be really rough!
You'll notice the top picture shows him with Super Mario and a doll. He has stolen one of Reagan's dolls and calls her princess. He plays as though she is princess Peach and Super Mario is saving her. It is totally hilarious. I guess we know now what he watches uncle Noah play all the time?
