January Beach Vacation

In January I took Adrian, Jonathan, and Reagan to Lincoln City for a long weekend to just get away...okay, really it was so I would be there to take advantage of some sales I knew were going on at the factory stores! Here are a few pictures of the kids. It POURED the whole time we were there, but that didn't stop the kids from wanting to go to the beach. I think Adrian's face tells it all! Jonathan loves the ocean. We went to church there and a man in that ward came over to our group and gave each of the kids an agate. Little did this man know that Grandpa's beach purpose in life is to find the mother of all agates. The boys knew that you have to be able to see through it for it to be an agate. Check out the little cutie patootie Jonathan "checking" his agate out. It was such a fun weekend, the only missing pieces were Andrew and Luke. Next time!

My grandpa (Stott) always looked for agates on the beach, too! Ah,memories. What a COOL trip, despite the rain. Sounds like a lot of fun! :)
