The 5th Dayt of 2012

Our dayt this month was to go on a photo scavenger hunt!  I couldn't find any good ideas of stuff to scavenge for as a couple and then decided that it would be a real challenge to find something that starts with each letter of the alphabet.  We added the extra challenge of trying to do it all within walking distance of the restaurant we ate dinner at: Hawaiian Island Cafe (I had some amazing Thai Pasta.  Yummy!)  We took the pictures out of order, but I had to alphabetize them for posterity my sanity.  Here is our awesome results and only a few stretches of the imagination are needed to go along with it;)


A= Amphitheater.

C= Courthouse

D= Dog (Our amazingly talented friend, Robert, carves these statues out of logs with a chainsaw!  This one lives down by the marina.)

I= Island (This is where the fireworks go off on the 4th)

J= "John" (Yup.  We really did take a picture of this.)

N= Night drop box

O= Osprey bench

P= Playground

U= Ugliness (Okay, so the last few times we were over by this spot there seriously were pieces of underwear on the ground so we thought for sure we would be able to get "Underwear" for our "U"  I am glad that the underwear is no longer there, but it would have been an awesome random picture in this mix!  We are so weird.)
