July Birthday Celebration

July is one of my favorite months because we get to celebrate the birthdays of two of my favorite people ever: Andrew and Reagan!
This year Andrew was on his last day of the pioneer trek for his birthday.  All he kept saying that he wanted for his birthday was a costco cake.  Of course I bought one and sent it up to trek for him to have, but he decided to bring it home and eat it with all of us.  The kids were of course totally okay with that;)  For his birthday this year I got him a bike since he hasn't had one in about 5 years.  He really wants a road bike, but that isn't going to happen any time soon so a mountain bike fit the bill.  He also got himself a birthday present since he figured I wouldn't get it for him: an ice cream maker!  If anyone knows the Stotts then they know that ice cream is an essential part of daily life.  We have enjoyed the most delicious ice cream more than a few times since--it really was a wonderful present for him to get himself:)
Reagan's birthday is a week after Andrew's, but we decided to celebrate them together with the cake and ice cream at Grandma's house.  Reagan wanted the purple balloon so of course she got her wish.  The funny thing is she just scooped out the frosting from the middle and then that was pretty much all she ate of the cake.

She liked the ice cream though!

Jonathan decided that he some sort of cow.

Aunt Taylor decided that she was the star of the day.

I just love being able to celebrate all of these happy times with those that we love.  I cannot believe that Reagan is now 2 years old!  The last two years have simply flown by, but I love the little lady that she is becoming so I wouldn't trade her for the world.
For Reagan's birthday she got a big girl bed from Grandma and a room re-do from us.  Adrian was so sweet and bought her a little tea set and some dora fruit snacks with his own money.  Her room deserves it's own post so stay tuned!

P.S. I realize that I keep dropping hints about the room and not sharing it still.  It's called a cliff hanger people!  I can't put all of this awesome stuff in one post you know.
