So I was cutting up some celery hearts and realized it would be fun to pull off this little experiment with the leftovers. I had some really elaborate schemes for a whole day of amazing science experiments...that obviously was not what we ended up doing! The kids loved watching and trying to find out whose celery was going to change colors the fastest. Adrian had purple, Jonathan had green, and Reagan red. The red was the fastest;)
