What was I thinking?

So for whatever reason (made sense at the time...) I came up with the bright idea that when Adrian had cub scouts we should walk him up there and then walk the dog around the neighborhood until scouts was over and then head back home. I have been itching to get back out there walking around, but with weather and my previous work schedule it made it hard. When we walked by Michelle's house she asked if I was trying to walk the baby out and I said yes! She said good luck, it won't work:) I thought what could it hurt though? I shouldn't have gone there, because now I hurt:( I am such a dork and will chalk this up as a lesson learned for future bright ideas. When you are only a little over 2 weeks from your due date do not walk around for over an hour up and down hilly roads! My hips are hating me this morning and so are what is left of any abdominal muscles. I guess you could say on a good note that the baby has dropped more since yesterday so maybe it wasn't all for naught? Someone please stop me when I come up with another scheme to help things along on my own:)

Autumn just saw the picture on your sidebar of the baby. She said "Is that what the baby does all day long, pray to get out?" I guess it looks like the baby is praying - what a funny girl!

I tried that the Saturday before Hayden was born. I thought we could walk up to the Pharmacy and back (only about 10 blocks). I was thinking about it being the last time for awhile to get out. I knew after delivery I would be couped up for a few days. Anyway, long story short, half way there I had to sit on someones front lawn while I made Ryan go home and get the car. It didn't make the baby come any sooner, and I felt terrible for the rest of the day! Good luck!

OUCH!! I'm feelin' sorry for you! But thanks for the reminder. I will be sure and NOT do that during my last 3 weeks ;)
