Daddy's "mini-me"

I cannot believe that it has been 3 weeks since I had Jonathan. He is such a fun little guy to have around. Andrew misses out on so much with him since he is at work during most of his awake times. Wednesday night when I got home from Bunco I fed Jonathan and then he slept until I made him wake up to eat at like 4am. No crying fits to be had--it was wonderful! Andrew and I decided that somehow Jonathan must have known that Andrew had yesterday off so he didn't need to get up at 3am. Oh, well. I will take nights off from crying when they come! Yesterday Andrew and Jonathan took a little cat-nap on the couch in the afternoon, it was so cute to see them together:) I am convinced that Jonathan is going to have blue eyes, so yet again another thing not like his daddy...sorry Andrew.

I have to say that I am feeling better today than I have all week. Now that I have said that I will probably start to get the chills again or something! For some reason I feel like I cannot kick some of the symptoms I've been lucky enough to have with mastitis, at least the soreness has pretty much dissipated. I will take what I can get at this point. I just wanted to thank everyone who has shared with me their mastitis stories/advice. In a way it is nice to know that so many women have had the pleasure, although somehow my mom managed to nurse all 11 of her children and never get it. How did she luck out like that?
