This morning we woke up to even more snow. Luckily Andrew has today off, otherwise he would have been outside at 3am cleaning off the car:( With his day off he wanted to run some errands, he doesn't like being stuck at home like this! He told me he wanted to take the Volvo since it hasn't been used for over a week. I told him he shouldn't try it because it doesn't have studs or chains on it, hence why it has been parked for the duration of this storm. I told him to take the Stratus since it has studs. Does he listen to me? Of course not! Here he is working on digging out the volvo:
A few minutes after I came inside from watching him dig out the car he came back in saying he was going to take the Stratus to go and buy some chains for the volvo. Why would he need to do this you ask? Well, maybe because he backed it out of the driveway and got it stuck! It won't go forward or backward...hmmm, maybe this qualifies as an I told you so event? I'm just saying if he had listened to me...but, nooo according to Andrew the volvo can handle snow like no other car out there. Sorry to burst your bubble honey, but I don't think so! Here is the car stuck in a snow drift at the end of the driveway:
And here is Andrew having to dig out the Stratus to fix the volvo:

I've heard it sometimes takes a husband a few years to learn to trust his wife's wisdom. Personally I'm still waiting.
Awwww...I love a good 'I told you so' moment!
O.k. it's official, you have more snow than us!
