Holy Cow, it's 2010?!

I figured it was about time I finished up blogging about the end of the year and started blogging about the new one. Time flies when your having fun with nausea and a highly active 14 month old! We decided to go to OMSI one last time before our membership expired and the boys had a blast with "Samson" the T-Rex.
Later that day on the way home snowflakes started to fall. Adrian and Luke couldn't wait to go out and play. They were convinced it was going to snow 10 feet or something. The imagination of children who have no where to go....

Andrew took Jonathan out right at first to see the flakes fall, but for the most part he stayed inside and played with me. Here he is combing his hair.
And secretly "helping" to take the ornaments off the tree.
So sad, here he is longing to go outside and roll around in the snow.
Last Saturday Andrew's work had their "holiday" party. It was at the Melody ballroom again in Portland for employees and "guest." This year they did a drawing for presents. Andrew's friend got a 40" flat screen TV! I was a little bummed we didn't get that, but I love my new set of stainless steel mixing bowls with lids. Nerd, I know. Adrian had fun with the cardboard packaging...I can't believe he got the one around his waist?! I don't think I was ever this skinny.
And most recently, Jonathan has figured out how to open the "child-safe" cupboard doors as well as push the step stool over to the counter and grab stuff down. Last night when I was making dinner he made off with a piece of celery. He worked on that sucker for almost a half hour and he was not going to let me take it from him. Here he is chillin on the kitchen floor getting ready to attack the celery.
We have been having a lot of fun doing a lot of nothing lately. This week has been interesting since school is back in and we have to get used to the routine again (we=Adrian!) Andrew has 12 credits again this term to juggle with work and I am just trying to juggle being sicko preggers and still being a good mom;) Life is good. Happy New Year!
