12 Weeks and Mountains of Junk

Yay! 12 weeks and counting. Baby by this time is the size of a lime and weighs around 1/2 ounce. I like to think of baby like this since it makes me not feel so fat--just right;) I have been slowly feeling better, but I cannot wait for all the nausea to end. I have been absent from blogging consistently due to my lack of desire to do anything followed by a desire to completely decrapify our house! I am still unsure how we have so much stuff. It is the stuff that has no real place that gives me the hives. Clutter.
I have a goal to have things decluttered and streamlined well in advance of baby coming this summer. I can do that right? Hahaha...oh, that was a good belly laugh I just gave myself! Between my husband, the older boys, the baby/toddler monster, and all the stuff for my vinyl business and crafting addiction, there is a lot to go through. I have Adrian and Luke's room almost finished, all that's left if moving the crib into the third bedroom. When it gets warmer out I am going to paint the third room and finish getting stuff set up for Jonathan and his new sibling. The garage is our project for tomorrow. With so much to do and so little time I am packing away some of my crafting stuff for that day off in the distance when I will have "me" time again...another belly laugh!
My main source of distraction/focus is that beautiful monster trapped inside my 14 month old son. Jonathan has not only figured out how to open all the cupboards, but he can climb almost anything in the house now. I decided to introduce him to potty training since he has become very aware of his bathroom issues. Over the last week he has even gone poop in the potty chair twice! (Sad that I give that an exclamation point?) My plan is to continue with taking him in there after sleep times and before bath and then when it gets a little warmer out I will let him run around in trainers all day and hopefully get him trained so I can only have one in diapers. Ahh, wishful thinking:) My one source of solace with him is that I finally have him pretty well "sleep-trained." A regular 2-3 hour nap during the day and 11+ hours at night has done wonders for my sanity. Love it!
Off to attack more clutter...you should too.
