I still have some major posts to do about our trip to CA. Can you tell that I am avoiding them? It takes so long to upload a million pictures to blogger and it overwhelms me. Soon. I will do it soon. In the mean time here are some random highlights from our summer based on pictures I found on our camera.
When Reagan was a couple weeks old my good friend Julie (with help from another good friend: Heidi) threw a baby shower for me. It was a lot of fun and Reagan was nicely spoiled! Can I just say that having a girl is so much more fun when it comes to the options for totally cute clothes than a boy is? Here is Reagan that night:

She is of course sleeping which just so happens to be one of her specialties. I never knew a baby could sleep as much as she does, seeing as Jonathan NEVER slept. It's true. Even now he is a little stinker and fights sleep. Reagan on the other hand sleeps. It is awesome.
Then a few weeks ago Andrew was gone to Camp Rilea for a week+ of training with the ANG Base Fire so I was on my own. I actually had the kids ready for church with a little bit of time to spare so I snapped a quick picture. (Adrian was gone at his bio-mom's.)
Here are my gorgeous kiddos:

I love that they are all at least looking at the camera and that I had managed to make my bed that day too!
Here is Reagan in her bassinet. I think this is my favorite dress of hers right now (thanks Lindsay and Debbie!) and I am rather fond of the obnoxious bows too (thanks Heidi!).

Are these not the cutest stinking tights you have ever seen? I absolutely love the "shoes." I am so sad that the tights are now too small even though the dress isn't yet. If only she wasn't so long!

I found this picture on the camera. I am not sure who took it or when it was taken specifically, but these boys are too cute to not post it. Gotta love the brothers getting along (at least for the moment.)

The week of Andrew being gone was definitely hard, but I am blessed to live close to my family so I had plenty of help. Although it was a busy summer full of lots of changes and adjustments I am a little sad that it is all over. Andrew has been on break from school since the beginning of August and he was able to take a couple weeks vacation right after Reagan was born so our family has spent a lot of time together and it has been wonderful. Andrew has been working non-stop practically since we got back from CA and school starts back up again for him next week. Then he will either have school or work every day until Christmas break. Wow, can it really almost be Christmas? All I want for Christmas this year (I think) is to have a computer that works again and not have to use this old laptop that is slower than molasses! (The mother board [got me? I don't know anything about computers!] went bad on our computer.)

I'm telling u girls are so much FUN to dress up lol but then they become DIVAS lol what a lil cutie
I am sorry to hear about your frustrations with your computer, but I am glad you are still able to post. Especially pictures of those really cute kids! I also enjoy the plethora of clothing options for girls!! Bows and cute stuff galore! Skyler never slept either. In fact, he's 15 and still has a hard time sleeping. He just reads when he's not tired. Brielle is a good sleeper so far!!
I was a wonderful summer wasn't it? I love you!
I love the pictures of your kids. And, yes, a girl is so much more fun to dress and be cute. :) Baby girl stuff is always darling! Those tights are so stinkin' cute!!!!
