Before heading off to visit Andrew's brother in Joshua Tree, we met up with my cousin Hope again for lunch. Andrew wanted to eat at Sonic so that was what we did. It was a beautiful day and the kids had fun playing around with each other one last time. We only wish that we lived closer so we could spend more time together!

Asher and Jonathan...I swear they were getting along although in this shot it looks like Asher is squeezing the life out of Jonathan!After lunch we headed out to the high desert...no joke. It was 116* when we got there, ugh! Way too hot:) Jonathan quickly made himself at home climbing into the baby toys and exploring their house. Here is our little troublemaker.
It was a nice evening of relaxing and catching up. Adrian and Luke had fun playing with Nick's BILs that were there and they were totally stoked to find out that uncle Nick had a couple of snakes! I, however, was not so stoked:)
