Reagan's 6 month Check Up

(Just noticed she seems to have the same dopey expression in all of these pictures! I promise she does smile...)

Sad how quickly time flies....Reagan is 6 1/2 months old and it feels like only yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital:( This little girl has started to be a lot more busy and keep me on my toes! She is eating solids at least twice a day and (for the time being anyways) she is still nursing. I have been having to supplement more and more with formula because she wants more than I have to give! I thought for sure that she would be bigger than Jonathan was at this age because my memories of him are already fading. I was wrong of course! Jonathan was almost 20 lbs at six months and she most definitely is not. Reagan weighs 17 lbs. 1 oz., she is 27.5" long and has a head that is 43 cm around. She is wearing more and more the 12 month size clothes and still won't really keep shoes on. She has one little tuft of hair on the center of her head, but not really enough to do anything with. I made her a bunch of headbands for Christmas and she can't wear them anymore because she just pulls them down to suck on them! She has been rolling for a while now and has gotten pretty good at maneuvering herself around to get things. Yesterday she started pushing herself up on all fours and doing the rock/lunge to get somewhere. I am not ready for this! My mom said that the other day she got herself over to her car seat and then pulled herself up to her knees. What?! She is so happy and laid back most of the time still, when she cries it is usually when she is tired, hungry, or needs a diaper change. Not too much of the crying for no reason that her brother was famous for;) I sure do love having these little ones in my life and am thankful everyday to be so blessed! Love ya baby girl!!
