Day at Devils Lake

My dad was awesome and worked out borrowing my uncle's boat so that we could spend a day on the lake while we were in Lincoln City.  One of my favorite places to go in LC is Regatta Park on Devils Lake.  This is the site of the "Harry Potter" castle if my kids ever tell you about it!
 

 

 

Jonathan and Reagan decided that this raft was their boat when we weren't riding it out on the lake.  Reagan was not happy about the sand at first, but when Andrew got her a bucket of water to rinse her hands off as she played then she was happy.  I have so many childhood memories at this park and I am so glad that my kids are getting chances to form their own!  The weather was gorgeous while we were there and actually warm in my opinion...at least warm for the Oregon coast;)
